One of the main advantages of Randstad@Work Talent is that job seekers can decide which job(s) to take and what shifts to sign up for. They can also know the hourly pay rate, location, and requirements upfront. Additionally, the app offers easy access to upcoming shifts and assignments, the ability to confirm shifts or call off if they are no longer able to work, and the option to rate clients after completing a shift.
